About Prem and Prana
Why Prem and Prana exists
Here’s what I’ve learned: when you learn to listen to your body, you can trust that.
We’re all time poor. We need ways to stay healthy that don’t add another hour to our day or another layer of complexity to our lives. The practices that actually stick are the ones you can weave into what you’re already doing. Simple habits. Daily rituals. Changes that are manageable and, more importantly, long-lasting.
That’s what this brand is for. Anyone who’s curious to understand how they can help themselves.
What makes this different
People often find Ayurveda overwhelming. Overly prescriptive. Full of Sanskrit terms and rules that feel impossible to follow in real life.
I want to break things down and make Ayurveda relatable for you. Not simplified to the point of being useless, but accessible. Practical. Something you can actually do.
The vision
To show people how they can reach for their kitchen pantry instead of their local chemist.
Both the active and passive decisions we make shape us. Every meal. Every moment of rest or stress. Every choice to listen to your body or ignore it.
You get to choose which path to take. And building a community around that choice, where people support each other in coming back to themselves, is what this is really about.
That’s why we’re creating products tailored to your unique constitution. Dosha-balancing teas designed for how your body actually works. Simple tools that meet you where you are.
