Private Cooking Classes

We cook together in a private setting. You learn the properties of spices and herbs, how to work with the six tastes central to Ayurvedic nutrition, and how to make food that’s both delicious and nourishing.

 

There’s a place for restaurant Indian food. But home cooking is different. Lighter. More nuanced. Built around daily nourishment, not indulgence.

 

This is for you if you want to learn that foundation. The techniques your family would teach you. If you’re scared to cook Indian food but want to. If you want meals that taste incredible and support your wellbeing.

Bespoke Consultations

We start with a free 15-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit. Then, if we move forward, we work together in one-hour sessions. I assess your dosha, your lifestyle, your patterns around sleep, stress, digestion, energy.

 

This isn’t about me telling you what to do. It’s about supporting you as an active participant in your own health journey. I hold you accountable in an empowering way. You do the work. I guide you through it.

 

Sessions can be one-off or ongoing with assignments between sessions, depending on what you need and what your goals are.

 

This is for you if you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, overwhelm. If you’re tired of feeling like your body is working against you. If you’re ready to take back control but need someone to help you see the patterns you can’t see on your own.
