Tandoori cooking is one of India’s most celebrated culinary traditions, known for its bold, smoky flavours and vibrant colour. Our gourmet tandoori paste honours this tradition with a carefully balanced blend of organic spices, fresh ginger and garlic pastes, tomato paste, and cold-pressed olive oil.
Each batch is handcrafted in small quantities using traditional methods and the highest quality certified organic ingredients. Unlike commercial pastes that rely on artificial colours and preservatives, our recipe uses only pure spices and natural ingredients to create authentic tandoori flavour that lasts over six months in the fridge.
The blend balances warming cinnamon and cardamom with earthy cumin and coriander, the bright heat of chilli, and the golden warmth of turmeric. Fennel seeds add subtle sweetness, while fresh ginger and garlic pastes add depth. Cold-pressed olive oil carries the flavours and creates a rich, coating marinade.

Tandoori Chicken:
Cut 500g chicken into pieces. Mix 5 tbsp natural yogurt with 2 tbsp paste; massage into chicken. Add seasoning, juice of half a lemon, and chopped coriander. Marinate for at least 20 minutes (overnight for best results). Cook and serve with flatbread, salad, and lemon.
Tandoori Fish/Tofu:
Coat 250g fish/tofu with 1 tbsp paste, 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. Marinate longer for more flavour or cook immediately.
